This creates a feedback loop that gives you the awareness to read your body in real-time. To do this, we break down your movement into five main components:
The Spine & Scapula:
Coordinate spinal movement with precise scapular mechanics and timing to create stable, powerful shoulders during movement.
Diaphragm & Rib Tension:
Use diaphragm driven coiling to create ribcage tension that stabilises your system and recycles force efficiently.
Hip Control:
Control hip internal and external rotation, steer your pelvis and transfer load through your body without joint strain.
Arm Lines & Torque:
Organise wrist and forearm rotation, position elbows accurately, and transmit torque smoothly into whatever you're holding.
Foot & Shin Dynamics:
Build awareness of your foot's contact points, understand how it adapts under load and use shin angles to brake, steer and accelerate.
